You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Calin Kids takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Calin Kids.
We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Exchange – will be processed as a new order to the same address as your original order with no additional shipping charges.

Yes, you can do that. For exchange in lesser value – we do refund the remaining amount to your account. For exchange in higher value – You have to credit the extra amount to our account mentioned on the website or write to us at email@example.com. We won’t be able to take back the shirt for exchange or refund if it’s been washed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
